Hello everyone.
Just got my 86 GN home. It belonged to my father and had been sitting in his garage for 6 years. I changed the oil, added 5 gallons of fresh fuel, and changed the plugs. The plugs it called for at Napa were AC r44ts. I took R42ts out of the car. I know it has the old 44 turbo and the injectors are blue on top. I gapped the new plugs @ .035. The car acts like it wants to start, especially if i give it slight throttle. Almost sounds like a timing issue while cranking. Didnt want to try to much -any suggestions? I am new to the Turbo Buick community and need help! Thanks

Not good to leave 6 yr old fuel in the tank, even with 5 gal of new.
Furthermore, at 6 yrs, the injs are likely full of gummed up, alky diluted fuel. Most likely they are stuck shut, full of gunk so bad, they won't flow, etc.

Time for a tank cleaning, new filter sock, fuel filter, lines and rail cleaning, and an inj cleaning.
