Just got the car back from mechanic. Installed TA-49, Walbro Pump & Hotwire plus I have other parts that I dont think would affect the readings.
He used an otc 2000 & here it is:
RPM 2700 RPM 1025
Throt Pos 0.78 0.48
Coolant 94* 94*
LV8 39 31
MAT 37* 37*

Does this read good, bad, so-so???
Any help is Greatly Appreciatted :confused: :confused:

Really does not mean much. If anything, I would say it is a bit rich and the chip is correcting for it.

What chip does it have in it?

Check the coolant temps Steve.
94?That would be C.
Convert it to Farfanugen.
[1.8xT]+ 32.

Really dont know whats on the chip It says 93 octane & came from ken at Natl Perf about4-5 years ago?? Got one on order with Scott Simpson
should come this week. also have a mag 4 from conley from years ago sitting in the glove box

Looks like it was just sitting in the shop revving the engine. Temp is about right for a stock thermostat, tho I don't know what he has....probably an old radiator, too boot? I saw the temp and figured it was about 202. After years of being overseas, I just eyeball 'em LOL

It's time for a modern chip. Also hope it has injectors of 36# or more to match the 49?

Injectors are Blue tops, Duttweiler neck, Ajustable wastegate & adjustable billet aluminum fuel pressure regulator. Ps: The regulator wont go down below 40 pounds with vacuum off?? Do I need to (or can I) rebuild it??
