Valves from a NA 8445 head ?

I was told that they may be a difference in the materials that valves are made from, between a set of heads from turbo vs the same casting (8448) heads off a NA motor. I was planning on back cutting a set of stock valves and a little port work on a set of NA heads I've got. So the question I have.... should the valves be replaced because they are a weaker material?

Also are they the same size?

The Buick casting number is 8445 not 8448. I never heard of and difference in stock valves.
GM stage 2 parts do have different valve choices but that is not your question.
Typo...8445 is the heads in question.
I just stripped a set of 8445 heads of an NA Regal and the valve stems weren't even centered with the valve. They're not worn or bent, just off center about 5 mm!

I have stripped several sets and compared valves with ones from a turbo head. They had the same markings, appeared the same visually, and were the same size. I backcut a number of them and they're in turbo cars now; no problems.
Thanks! I'll do a good inspection on them, if they appear to be ok......I'll use them.

If they are bad. Check with Bryan Weaver. He may still have a set or 2 laying around.
He had a big sale on them last year.
I bought 2 sets.
