i am running a 224 224 -496 496 modern muscle cam. hydrolic flat tappet .what do you guys think i need for valve spring pressure on the seat. i pulled the cover off one side and it has double springs set up at 1.800 instaled hieght with 100 extra high retainers .i dont think the pressure is more than 80 or 90 right now .i thing the springs are small block chevy if so they should be at 1.700 instaled height.i think this is the low gear poping i have ben chasing all year.i just dont know what is to much or to little thanks.
