As I get close to the end of the season, I'm starting to think of my over-the-winter projects.

For this winter, I plan to install upgraded Valve Springs

I have read that a great upgrade is to go with LT1's, yet when I google those, I come up with a LOT of different versions.

When I check the Kirban site, I see that have a set, see link, but they are ones that run at 100 lbs.

1984 1985 1986 1987 Buick Regal Grand National Turbo T T-Type GNX HEAVY-DUTY VALVE SPRINGS (12) SET #6746

What I have read reccommends that 110lbs is the way to go.

Any suggestions as to what you run in yoru car would be appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

Comp 980's will do just fine...and can be ordered from any speed shop. I run heavier springs...as I buzz my engine to 6000.

How dose your car preform right now? Will it spin the tires from a dead stop with no brake boosting?

on level and dry pavemnt, I can get the tries to chirp, but not really break lose.

I need to stand on the brakes before the rear tires will let go.
