M8x1,25x30,if memory serves.
6mm allen key.
The bolts measure close to 5/16" with a scale.
Get grade 8's,NOT stainless.
Get high temp. antisieze for the threads.
The allen key should be 6mm.

He's probably talking about 314 grade.
All I know is I went to remove the Houston supplied bolts and they were a pain to get in and out.
They do tend to stretch with heat.
Myself and other guys have always found the gr.8's work best with a good coat of H/Temp A/sieze.
That's just personal preference based on experience.
Use whatever you feel comfortable with.
I gotta get a life. loser

are you talking about the TH bolts that came with the dp? I guess my dp came with stainless bolts?

I tried to loosen the bolts and they wouldn't move! Is there a lubricant you spray on the bolts before unbolting the dp?

Get a 6mm allen key that fits a 3/8" drive socket set and they will loosen up and come out with some penetrating oil on them.

Clean up the threads and all and then use some 1800 or 2000 degree F neverseize on them.

Next time they should come out easier. :)

I antisiezed the supplied bolts[stainless] when I installed my stainless THDP,however, they were a pain in the butt when I changed turbos later on.
So I put in grade 8's and no problems.
Get the stainless bolts and pitch them out.

hmmm I never saw a 6mm allen key that can fit a 3/8" drive socket. Where can i get one? What brand of neverseize should I get and what color would the tube be? I'll be buying the neverseize at Pep Boys I guess. And where can I get grade 8 bolts? Are they a hex bolt too?

The copper antisieze will work fine,or get the high temp nickle antisieze.
As to the allen driver, you'll just have to dig around. dunno

Sears for the 3rd time. wink

They have a socket set with hexes sticking out of them about an inch long.

May also be available individually as well. :)
