It don't work that way... Get a boost gauge(not factory) and adjust your boost to 14-15 psi. I hope you have a adjustabe fuel regulator. adj it to 43psi(line off) with your fuel pressure gauge you have to buy or borrow. Let him help you set it up if he is close by...I would take the 3.5 turns out of the boost for the moment...you really don't have a clue what the boost is after changing that based upon my experience with adjustable actuators...
