Just rebuilt motor, only put about 350 miles on car (between when I bought it & pulling motor).

Notice trans shifts really hard from 1st to 2nd. It did before, but seem harder since new motor.

When pulling out of a dead stop at low rpm's, it feels like a cement truck hit me from behind. Don't think it is normal.

This is with the TV cable adjusted. In fact the cable was set with the 1st "ridge" even with the end of the bracket, after adjustment, the 1st ridge is about 1/4" (toward the firewall) away from the bracket. So, I see all of the 6 or so ridges on the cable, then about 1/4" of smooth cable, then the end of the bracket on the throttle body.

Any thoughts?
