Hello all,

First off thanks for the replies to my earlier post. I drove the car about 1/2hr. ago and it made a clicking noise somewhere in the area of the trans. and motor (it almost sounded as if it was comming from the front of the center console) when I goosed it. The owner said this was due to a 93 octane chip. I'll drive it again tomorrow with 92 octane plus booster. What do you think?

Thanks again!

I highly advise you to find someone in your area that is familiar with the GN to go look at the car with you! Anyone suggesting to use Octane booster is off their rocker!

Octane booster is for the birds. You shouldn't hear any clicking noises due to a 93 chip unless the car had 87 octane in it. A turbo Buick should NEVER EVER be run on 87 octane, unless it is set for 5# of boost.
