I have a PTC torque converter with the tc lock-up clutch burned up, so I'm looking for a replacement. Mine is a PTC 10-700-27-LU S. I'm not a torque converter expert, so I'm not sure what your numbers mean. By 28-32 do you mean stall speed varies between 2800 and 3200? And how does that happen? And what does the stamping (62055) mean? And can you guarantee that your tc's lock-up clutch is good?

This is the same converter as yours. The 28-32 is how most people refer to as stall. It depends on engine output the stall. The converter worked when I took it out, very few street miles.Hope this helps

Oddly enough my torque converter, after 8 months of not locking up, started working just fine today. Very weird. Sorry.
