Hi,

This afternoon, I had a panic stop. I braked hard & brake pedal went right to the floor. I barely had enough braking power to stop the car.

why was the brakes so soft??? Is there any one component that is bad or is it the whole PM??

I have noticed that the PM recycle itself a number of times when I have the brakes on when I am stopped at a light. I replace the grey pressure switch about a month ago.

help.... dave

I have a real nice unit for sale works perfect, has new accumulator ball as well. I will sell it along with the brake pedal setup for 150. Your problem could be one of a handful of things. Accumulator is bad 80 bucks.
Switch is bad 30-50 bucks. You may need a complete rebuild 200 plus. These thing have given me problems in the past so that is why I am selling mine. They are around 300 plus rebuilt almost 600 new. I figure I will help someone like you out. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it at all it's even super clean.
