Sounds familiar. I have the same problem. The only puddle I get is from the residue. I don't know if my car only leaks at WOT, but I know it does not drip while idling. I am getting a leak on the passenger side of the engine on the top of the timing cover. I am hoping that it is the oil return line leaking so I don't have to tear everything apart.
