How should these behave on a warmed up, running car at idle, in park. The Cross Counts are around 0-20 or so and the Voltage is all over the place (176-700+ millivolts on T-Link). Are they supposed to jump around to this degree and are these numbers normal? I ask because the car runs better when I unplug the oxygen sensor.

Help me, I'm a moron!

That is the way it is supposed to work. If .441 is the center of the range, then the ecm should be bouncing one side and the other all the time to achieve this as the average for proper mixture.

Good O2 sensors should be active with at least 10 cross counts per frame.

Heated sensors tend to lose total range which makes them fail more deceptively than unheated ones.

Some chip guru will have to tell us what happens when the o2 is unplugged....probably falls into a richer defualt scheme.
