but i disconnect the hose from fuel preassure regulator and tested psi and i read 45 psi. i have a accufab adjustable fuel preassure regulator. i tried to adjusted and i still dont get any psi in the fuel rail. i took off the fuel rail valve thinking it was the guage that might be bad but no gas at all from fuel rail.

i tried a kenne bell fuel preassure regulator and same problem no psi to fuel rail.

W/o fuel at/in the rail, just where did you read 45psi?? The hose at the rail is the return line. If you are getting 45psi there, you have the hoses crossed back at the tank.
Your post makes no sense.
