guy was driving it and when winter hit he decided to put larger injectors in it. said he put a chip in as well but since putting those injectors in it only turns over but wont fire. said he's messed with the regulator but still nothing

any ideas that i could look at?
he has everything so i was pretty much thinking just to get me running i would get the old injectors back in with the old chip.
i am going to have to have it towed to a shop for this.
i cant put in the wrench time anymore. less then a month ago i cut one of my fingers off at work so i need to have some direction from people that know GN's.

thank you

I would start with the basics......you need air, fuel, and spark for combustion.
You can install a fuel pressure gauge at the rail and with ignition key on, but not cranking, you should build fuel pressure. (You should be able to hear the fuel pump come on and prime when you turn key on)
If you have good fuel pressure, then check for ignition spark.

I'm assuming he installed a matching chip for the injectors correct?
