Must absolutely suck having to work on one of these cars in a cramped, hot, single car garage...or worse yet...out in your driveway with the sun blazing down on you. Felt bad for Dan today...he got so cold he had to excuse himself...go inside the house...and grab his parka...and a hot cup of coffee to keep his hands warm. Anyway...cleaned up/painted the firewall...and frame rails. Engine is back together...and we're gonna retorque the heads tomorrow morning after letting them "settle" overnite. Guys...if you have your engine out...make sure the ground wires on the back of the PS head are in mint shape. Two of mine were beginning to look a little ratty...so we cut them...reclamped them...and soldered 'em. National Racing...where all the cool kids hang out.

Brad,

Glad to hear the car is going back together, it looks great.

I hear you about having AC in the garage, I have 2 -12,000 BTU window units in my garage and I can make it real frosty in there at will. :eek!::eek!: I don't know how I lived without them all of these years!!! :yup:
