Issues Installing Fuel Pressure Gauge on Fuel Rail

I purchased a fuel pressure gauge from Kirban. When I went to install it, I realized the end of my fuel rail had been capped off where the Schrader valve is. I'm not sure how to remove it. We tried using vice grips but it didn't budge. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'll attach a couple photos for reference.

A good small pipe wrench & tap with a hammer.
