Is This A Sensible Alternative To Bigger Injectors?

The reason I ask is that there are driveability and emissions problems that arise with "72s" and up, FWICT. Not to mention the chips and ECM mods that follow the purchase.

Hypothetically speaking, if someone were to use a set of 36lb/hr injectors and boost the overall fuel system supply with this unit is it possible to achieve the same reliable/tuneable power levels as larger injectors?

*I am thinking about upgrading the turbo over the winter and don't like the prospect of spending $500+ on new fuel parts. $220 is okay. Plus I like how my car drives. :) *

That seems like a nice piece! Maybe even better than the ATR unit. Would be easy enough to make your own for much less. I kind of wish I still had 50's with a 7th for the reasons you state.
Jesse,

What probs from the 83#s?
I don't have any but... I also haven't tried emissions yet with them. I am going to give it my best effort to get through with 83's. As for driving with them 83's with the Max-Effort gives me the best idle of anything I ever had in the car. You do have to spend for a modded ECM and a something to run them which if you are smart puts you into a Max-Effort 16 position. Different ways of skinning a cat headbang

That's terrific!

Lotta guys truly do not know (or believe?) today's custom chips from the best chip-makers really do have excellent control over the larger injectors...like your 83#s. :)
I swapped momentarily back to a set of 30's and a closed loop chip and hated the idle. Couldn't wait to get the 83's and Max-Effort back in yup Many may not need that much but it doesn't hurt to have more than needed and use less. wink I think most stock block cars can get by with 65's or 72's. I just lucked into a deal so 83's was for me!
The 7th will fuel you with smaller injectors and is tuneable. Another effective way of doing it. Will save you some cash to boot.

This and the emissions matters (which I forgot to mention earlier, it is like a mini-Cali up here) were of the utmost concern.

Thanks for the words. :D
