what size injectors I would need to run into the 10.7/10.5 with the stock emc and what is the HP needed. I have a nice set up, just trying to plan for the future. 210/225 roller cam, cnc ported heads, ported intake, j&e piston, girdle, 70 mm tb, 55# injectors too much to list.

I was planning on getting 65 or 72#.

but dont know if the emc can control the injectors.
No, the factory ECU was built for hi-Z (Z=Impedance) injectors

The factory ECU needs a Bill Bailey mod to run low-Z injectors.

The highest hi-Z injector is a 79#.

yes i have a modded ecm.
Modded ECM usually means that the stock unit has been
shipped to Bob Bailey to have it modified for use with the lo-Z injectors.

(Upgrading the original GM chip within the factory ECM also "modifies"
the ECM, but usually is termed "changing the chip" rather than
"modding the ECM".)

What has been done re: your ECM? -----

the 60s, or 65s, as some call them are high impedance so they will work with either a modded, or, unmodded ecm.

Grumpy has edged into the nines with them plus alky injection and a single fuel pump.
