On the Passenger side...

There is a stud with a permanantly attached nut on it sticking from the block. On it I need to mount the plastic crossover wire holder, and the Intercooler bracket.

I'm having trouble getting the bracket to sit squarely. No pics of this area before engine teardown.

Can someone share a good pic, or describe in detail how the assy goes together? Such as:

- Plastic wire holder, then a nut, then the bracket, then a nut...what else.

Sounds dumb, but I just can't see it.

Plastic wire holder then intercooler bracket then the nut. It really doesn't have to fit flush as the bracket will find its home when you bolt the intercooler to it. :usa:

My oil pump has been rebuilt with a wear plate and a space plate for longer pump gears....

Think this is why I can't get things to line up with the bracket?

should still fit...the intercooler braket does not sit square to the block so to speak...do not tighten bolt on engine block until you have bracket attached to intercooler...it will apear crooked but it will find its "home"
