Need an adapter fitting for the transmission hard lines at the front of the vehicle. I believe they are 1/2 x 20. So I'm trying to find female 1/2 x 20 to 3/8 barb. Anyone else found these online somewhere that will work? I ordered some off Summit made by Derale but they don't seal. I think they might have a little too much depth to them. I've checked a couple performance places local, general auto parts stores, and home improvement stores. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks guys. - Todd

1/2" sounds way too big. Try 1/4 NPT to what ever barb fitting you want. These are pipe threads NOT bolt threads.

Are you installing a transmission cooler???

I was just going off of the size that was said when reading through threads when I performed a search a few weeks back. I have no issue threading in the adapters I had purchased. They are just too deep to seat the flare fully. I was just wondering where anyone else got what they used. And yes, this is the only thing keeping me from completing my trans cooler install.
