I'm going to have to replace my lid. Looking into a glass lid, must be fully functional, good construction as well as proper fit. Who is building the best lid and who are the vendors?

Brian sells them www.gbodyparts.com Installed one on the FUR project...did not have to do much sanding the mold was pretty good...you will have to disconnect the deck lid suport system...the 2 torsion bars under the deck lid.

Yeah, shipping is the killer on these things.

I know Cal Hartline is having hoods made. Maybe if there is enough interest, he can get the deck lids made also?

My Glasstek trunk is not holding up real well. It was a nice piece my body guy said, but its ripping out the mounting bolts due to it being fiberglass on a car that lays down some nice torque.

So, I am going to have to have someone fiberglass in metal so that its metal on metal to keep the trunk level with the body of the car. Right now its atleast 2" off the car and looks like crap.

I bet I am the only guy with this problem too, thats how I roll with this car.
