I am still a little unclear how this is done. I know I need a clear hose and a clamp. I also knoe to drain from the same place my pressure guage connects. All I want to know is where do I connect power to get the fuel pump humming???

Thanks a lot guys!

Where is the test lead? What does it look like?

I don't feel like poking around in incorrect spots blowing fuses. :)

There is a connector, usually hanging loose just behind and slightly below the alternator. It's a single wire, with a black plastic connector. The easiest way I apply 12 volts to it is get a length of wire about 2-3 feet long. On one end attach an aligator clip, and on the other end a male spade connector. The spade connector will plug into the pump priming connector mentioned above. The other end you can attach to the connector supplying 12 volts to your under hood light.
