If I mix C16 (116 MON) with Turbo Blue 110 (105 MON) 50:50 do I end up with a fuel with an effective 110 MON or something unknown.

If it is a 50/50 mix just add the two octanes and divide by 2. I thought C16 is 117 and Turbo blue is 108. If that was the case the octane would be 112.5. If it is what you listed than yes, it would have an octane of 110.5.

You're right about the C16 but the TB 110 is only 105 MON
