I have redone my engine with new turbo, new pistons, 206 cam, larger injectors, correct computer chip for the set up etc etc.....

At first startup the exhaust values were perfect. I haven´t broken in the engine totally yet but today when I did a new exhaust messuredment it was´t good.
Both CO and HC were of.
Can the oxygen sensor be failing because the new setup, so that the extra amount of fuel have broken it???

Not that i've ever seen? How old is the one in the car & what brand?
Has it ever seen Leaded Fuel in the past? Most race gas is usually Leaded & that will wear out the sensor.
Is the 206 cam a flat tappet or a roller?

So your running close to 100 octane all the time? Grab a new Denso for $20 Altho you should just get an alky control kit from Razor & run 93-94 octane which will be cheaper in the long run.
