Who said there was anything wrong with it. What's wrong is between your ears....probably been riding that piece of 1930s technology again and your brain is scrambled.
For the non-clown contingent....Lots of people use an aftermarket set of intake gaskets that do not include the valley tray. The pcv valve then is exposed directly to the oil bouncing around in the valley and will suck oil up like mad.
If you have the stock type gasket, then try a new pcv from the dealer. Be sure it is the turbo unit.
