Will this do any good at the elbow to turbo and the exhaust up-pipe to turbo?

Yes..Yes...

Have been using it on my header to turbo parting surface for long time. gaskets have failed, this stuff has always worked.

The Ultra Copper works great those parts. i have put together lots of stock down pipe set ups with ulta copper on the stock doughnut and elbow to turbo for an extra insurance. I use it on my th dp to turbo, turbo to header and cross over. Great stuff.
So In My opinion Go for it

Yes yes....

hi temp red RTV works well. I use it on both the header flanges and turbo inlets. whatever you do, DO NOT use it on the oil drain flange. It will break loose and clog the turbo.
