Factory specks. Use the stock pistons if the cylinders arn't worn out & pistons have no damage, there the best thing to use. Use the stock cam also if its in good condition, There good & have taken some into the 9's & 10's. Not to mention they will save you lots of $$ that can be spent on the heads.

I think you should ask you teacher' If its been bored the pistons should be stamped how much over they are. Your teacher should know if it needs bored, TRW forged are the better pistons to use if you have to go over. J&E forged are even better but the manufacture loves them to, $$$$$$. Use the search feature here & type in pistons, rings etc. theres lots of info already here for you.
so, what your saying is, as long as it's in good condition, dont bore it over??? as of right now, i dont know if theyre in good condition cuz the blocks still in the car, cuz i havent been able to pull it yet, but i'll find out sooner or later. thanks again.
