hyd roller.....

for mostly street duty but the occasional hammer at the track, looking for deep 10's high 9's

215/220 .516/.529 112 3500+ conv

X3
218/222 .460/.479 112

or 218/212 not sure lift 112

XR3 looks good.
I take it that's a roller?
Personally I would go in the area of 215 or so[exhaust and intake] at around 480"-490" lift.

Yes, its a hyd roller. I went out on a limb and ordered Crower hyd roller lifters. They are severe duty and have a high pressure oil hole for the needle bearing. GUess we will see how well they work out.... :cheers:
