Has anyone used a Moly based dry film lubricant on the cam and lifters in addition to the Moly paste for cam breakin? Results? A good idea??

Thanks for any input, Dave

I have used a dry film lubricant by Dow. I'm sure it was effective because of all the cranking I did prior to getting the motor fired and the cam was fine. No flat lobes in 3000 miles, must have helped.

I used it on motorcycle cams. Never had one fail. That stuff is also used on bullets to penetrate bulletproof vests and armor.
