I just got a quote on Moser axles. I requested c-clip eliminators but the rep said that they were not suitable for street use, that the bearings would be over-loaded by shifts in body weight (cornering) and the seals would then leak.

True?

In case you havent noticed RK likes to act very mystical. I am sure that RK will soon start speaking like Yoda.

Well,let's see.You have a gasket,then the brake backing plate,then another gasket,then the C-clip housing.
It would appear they develope a leak at the gaskets.
Since you leave a stub 1/4" long from the original tube, they say don't use the stock seal.Uh huh.
I think it's time for a reseal with new gaskets and an original axle seal.Maybe that will shut it up.
You also need to know that they make you modify the e-brake lever to clear the bearing housing.Nice.
