Where exactly on the block are these plugs located? How are they removed? Allen wrench? Screwdriver? adjustable wrench?

You have freeze out plugs that will leak coolant when removed. They are pressed in. And you have two 3/8 hex head plugs that are screwed in and will leak coolant also when removed. Are we getting close yet

Is there a Dentist in the house!?

Look at the side of the block from under the car and you can see them....take your pick for whichever you want.
