I just looked at the GNTTYPE block guide and it shows no blocks with that number, although i dont know if that is a complete guide.
But for certain, its not a 86-87 Turbo block.

Hey, TurboBill has a few of those laying around.... I think the visual difference between the '86-'87 and the '79 block would be easy.

For the '79 on the outside of the block, the cylinders are very defined. Like the metal there is much thinner. Also, no turbo drain hole.
