Any turbo guys in MN?

Hi, I am obviously new to your forum. I am wondering if there are any guys here in Minnesota who really know Turbos/waste gates/BOV's well.

I am trying to get me 1998 pontiac GTP converted to a Turbo setup, (removing M90 Supercharger).

Since the engine is the Series 3 3800, I figure that you guys must know the engines best and could suggest a good turbo, Cheap but good Wastegate and a Cheap but good BOV and anything else I am going to need.....
