I am about to do a -8an feed and -6an return.

Just disconnect the rubber lines and install the an lines over the same tubing. I am going to double clamp the bigger an hoses but thats it.

Routing the lines will probably take more time than the sending unit swap.

Thanks, Mike. I also am using a -8 supply and -6 return. Do you think just clamping them will resist the fuel pressure, at least the supply? If so, this may be my solution.

You Can Buy Tube Nuts And Sleeves You Slide Onto The Metal Lines Coming Out Of The Sender. They Come In -6 Or -8. -6 Is For 3/8" Metal Lines. The Will Make A Female An Fitting And Then You Can Screw The Male Fitting From Your Line.

I Am Making A New Set Of Metal Fuel Lines For My Motor And Going To Do The Same Thing.
