- from Gene Wilder in Young Frankenstein, play attachment for full effect :)

Well at 4:14pm, Saturday, July 9th the resurrection of my Grand National was completed with the successful starting of the motor. There are still a couple of parts to left install and a small oil leak to fix at the oil sender but the major work is done! Hopefully, the paint job will be completed by the end of next week so I can finally get it on the road!

:headbang: Thanks to all that have helped to with information and advice when I needed it most :headbang:

I would also like to give huge thumbs up to the following vendors who were a big part of my project:

Cottons Performance - Unbelievable place to get knowledgable advice and get stuff
GBodyParts - Awsome source for almost any new/used part including upgraded version of many discontinued parts.
Johns Performance - another great source of hard to find GN odds and ends

Thanks again everyone

You bet!!! Especially when it signals the end of all the hassles that I had with the original mechanic who dragged his feet for months before he was "replaced" because of his bad habits and the local cops...
