My father gets his car back tomorrow with some adjustments.

The numbers are in:
RWHP 315
RWTQ 430 eek!
With the following mods:

Hooker cat back
Comp cams valve springs 980's
K/n filter
Red armstrong chip
wallbro fuel pump
adjustable fuel regulator
level 10 shift kit
Alky kit
Bilstein shocks
160 thermostat
Everthing else is stock.

The new valve springs were worth 12HP

Are these decent numbers for the mods listed, and
With set of BFG DR, is it possible with a good driver to run 12.70's?

Thanks

Steve
Max boost was 21lbs. On a 92 degree day.

About 10 years ago, with just a chip max boost was
17lbs,
I was able to coax a 13.9 @100mph on street tires down at orlando Speedway in FL.

What is next step, Heads, and cam, and larger intercooler?

Dyno's are great for before and after adjustments or part changes like you seen with the springs. But driving skill and traction will dictate track results. Your numbers are good for low 13's but if you cut a 1.2 60ft time you will be high 13's
Take it to the track it's more fun wink :)

Not to change the subject (great numbers there BTW) but what is a good way to convert RWHP to flywheel HP?

I believe for manual shift cars, there is approx.
15% driveline losses, and for automatic's it is closer to 20%.

That sounds about right...varies from car to car...15-17% is what I would guess. :)

With race gas and a chip plus good short times, he would be well into the 12s, I think.

A step up to a 44/49 turbo and a better ic or a Duttweiller neck on the stock one, would provide potential into the 11s on race gas.
Into the 12s on alky....should be able to run 22-24# with a 44/49 on alky if everything is right.

Cam is a waste at this point. Ported heads always help. A larger downpipe probably would help once in the 12s.

TBL01 - what is the parts number on the Comp Cam springs? You say they are 980's but I can't find them on their website.
