FRONT OF CAR

Are my wires in the wrong place . HEEEEEEEELP , Please....
I'm doing a tune up this weekend and want to make sure everything is put back together right...

My 1 - 5 - 3 wires are going to the driver side spark plugs.

My 4 - 2 - 6 are going to the passenger side spark plugs.

How do I know if I have them correct. I drove like this this past weekend. The car does give me 32, 42, 44 codes that I'm hopefully going to take care off this weekend when I do a major tune up which includes brand new egr valve for code 32 & a new oxygen sensor for code 44.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

driver's side is 1,3,5

sounds like you have them right. If one is wrong, it will pop and barely run.

What I'm saying is the: COIL PACK. the #'s appear to be upside down according to the picture.

The coil may be hooked up either way....

And, one may be hooked to one, or one may be hooked to four and four can be hooked to one...etc.

There are three coils and six cylinders. When cyl one fires, so does cyl four...therefore, they can be switched around.

At any rate, if the car idles properly and runs smoothly, you must have them right.
