Anyone near Hockessin area have a sand blaster they want to led out so I can blast my under carriage?

Anyone done any work replacing t top parts with rusted a pillar and rear parts?

I have all the parts and a pretty skilled welder just wondering if someone had gone through it and has any input or wanted to take a look before we started hacking on her

I don't have a sand blaster my Powder coater over in Newark does most of that stuff for me. I recently did my Buick's under cariage I used a 4" grinder and a Wire Wheel kit I got from Sears. Worked really good got the rust spots off then I Por-15 the undercarriage. I know with sand blasting it will give you an easier surface to paint. As for T top parts Brian at Gbodyparts.com is coming out with basically evey last part to restore them. A pillars, center section and even the back half of the roof. If you have any part that has rust I would recommend cutting it out and using welding primer when re welding pieces back on.
