Otto,

Any truth to the rumor that there's going to be a Rich's Auto sponsored car at the Nats this year????

If so Unkie may not like that, especially of it has a Rich's Auto decal on it.

Got two weeks vacation starting Friday but going to be gutting and redoing my kitchen. Woo hoo! Damn, it would be nice to take a car related vacation like I used to.

It will be known better by friday, but it is looking good.Maybe if i get the rights to power, I may be able to make a better pass than FUR.
Think the decal will get me bannished? This also means i have to renew my membership. I think Jim should pitch in for that. Although ill understand if he doesnt.

I'm not as North East as you guys but I'm going. Headed down Monday morning. Staying at the Travel Lodge.

My transmission is out of the car getting rebuilt as I write this. If I can't get it in, I'll bring it with me and put it in out in the hotel parking lot when I get there. I will have cold beer if anyone wants to hang out and watch me curse & scream at this evil thing called... Buick

Forecast shows 10 straight days of rain. Who is the brilliant mind behind this schedule? You would think they would have changed it to a cooler time of year without rain

Hey Rich, not going this year? Maybe you could meet Micales Navy and ride in his golf cart! You could share all his tuning tips or riddles from his bag of BS! Gene

>>>Hi Gene,
No not making it yet again this year, I always seem to have something going on that prohibits me from going, don't get me wrong I would love a ride in a golf cart and a hat and maybe crack open a beer with unkie to relive our last nats of 98.

If you're going Gene safe travels and I hope the weather pans out.

Rich, No I'm not going again this year but will not ever go again. To many Golf Carts that almost ran me down trying to get the latest tuning tips or my part problem resolved! A lot of good racers attend just the" Leaders of the Pack" are the problems. I'll try and make some of the Ohio Nats. that are coming up. Hope we can meet there if you attend any of these races! Take Care! Gene

>>> Gene,
You and I are in agreement in regard to attending. Although I would love to go and see all the fast cars but agree with you the "Leaders of the Pack" are IMO the problem and until there is a regime change I won't be attending. I'm sure they aren't losing any sleep over that either.....lol, one less instigator/mental defective from NJ not attending is a good thing one of the "Leaders of the Pack" would say I am sure.

I did hit Norwalk 2 weeks ago and sat in that rain and hope to be attending the BPG event, if ya make that Gene let me know and we can shoot the bull over a brew. Stay well.
