Gnx #178.. Help Me!!! <--

well, technically i'm not selling a GNX, but i cant see a better catagory than this one..

here's my VERY urgent question, how much do i offer him?? He has #178 GNX and it'll be sold by this weekend "guaranteed" he sez..

..anyway, there was one on ebay for like $75,000 a day ago and it's gone now.. but, how much do you think this is worth?

never been outside of a garage, ever.
no snow, no rain.
no rust.
no racing.
just the occasional car-show..

7,000mi, original.
nothing's broken, everything's A+ condition.

it's "offers only" on the car, and he has offers already.. so i dont want to lowball him, but i dont want to pay too much!

here's some car-porno for you guys.

walkaround video: click here

oh, and in one of the pictures it looks like a crack in the front.. its just a piece of fluff from his car cover.

thank you very much! please comment on what you think its worth! i estimate he wants ~$50,000.

based on your description and that everything is in excellent condition, I would say 50K-65k you would be getting a good deal 70-75K would be fair price. Dealers are trying to sell these for close to 6 figures with low mileage. I remember back 1998, 1999 under 10k mileage GNX's were being sold between 30-35K.

so would you say jump on it, or would this opporntunity come again in the future? i know these things are steadily increasing in value (and fast), but i figured they were worth considerably more. The one that was on ebay recently sold for $89,100 canadian, about a day ago.

I doubt he would sell it that cheap if he is familiar with the current market value. But I guess anything is possible. Good Luck, let us know what happens.

The car is filthy for what it is! I guess they forgot to mention it has a sunroof and recaro seats?

With the added sunroof and seats I would not go over 50K. The real high prices demand the car to be in it's purist form.
