Post info on the other GNX in town

Well after working at Park for almost 2 years I finally saw Ron Dveris' GNX.
It is #178 and has 5200 miles on it. As most people know it has an aftermarket power moonroof installed in it and the front seats have been changed, but other that that it is all stock.

You Liar! We seen that car over three years ago. I think it had about 4200-4500 miles on it then.

leave it to Ron to have Custom made seats . Is that aftermarket moonroof the one that can open like a regular sunroof as well as slide back??

Cool

Hi Craig...thanks for the info on the "Other One". Just curious..why change the gas if you don't drive the car? Moon roof and custom seats eh....I guess thats why they make seven kinds of jello: we all like different things. Personally, I'm getting dizzy from shaking my head. But that, as they say,is my problem.
Cheers...JC

Hey Jim, we're changing the fuel because there is always some condensation in the fuel system from prolonged sitting. In this case the gas is about 5 years old. I had a '91 Trans Am GTA in the shop this spring with only 10,000km on it and it had been sitting since 1994. It cost the owner just over 5 grand to get it running because of improper storage. Needed 8 new injectors, fuel pump and sender assembly all because of water in the fuel system.
Remember always store you vehicles with a full tank of gas and a good fuel stabilizer.
And run the engine with the stabilizer in the tank to make sure it gets up into the injectors.

There was 3 of them here in the Peg. Yup, that isn't a misprint, 3. One was sold last year thanks to Jeff(quick-6) We've all driven Jim's(G-ENEKS), number 112.

Yeah Craig, How did you manage to have your post date set to 08-19-2020 03:52 PM? That's a little crazy It also means this thread will stay on top of our forum for a while. At least until August of 2020! Ah well, I'll leave it for now for interests sake, if the thread dies I'll put it to pasture...

Funny thing is, Craigs' post will always be the last one in the thread, because we're still posting in the year 2005...
