Buffalo GM dealer parts department

I'm getting raped on some GM(non GN) parts locally.
Is there a parts dept around Buffalo thats easy to deal with
and offers "reasonable" prices.
Used to buy from GMpartsdirect but they seem to have gotten pissy over "foreign" paypal/credit cards.
