I think you remember me from last summer's car show at Jim Murphy. I'm the former Garrett Field Service Rep. now retired in Elma. I'm a 30-year SAE member and also serve on the Governing Board of SAE's Western New York Section and we're putting together a racing engineering meeting on December 13th. (details below). It's open to the public, but pre-registration is required so I can plan on food quantity and meeting room size. Could you e-mail this notice out to your WNY turbo Buicks Club Members quickly to see if any are interested?

I'm guessing that being performance club members, most of you have some form of racing interests and this is a rare opportunity to hear from a former 17-year Chief Engineer from within GM's ranks.
