What exactly "expires" when there is a notice that a "fatal" error has occurred?

And, how high is the sky, how deep is the ocean, is there an end to space, & if there is, what is on the other side?

Did Mr. Ed wear dentures, was Phil Donahue the love-child of J. Edgar Hoover
and Liberace, did Dennis Kucinich get started in an Area 51 petri dish, etc, etc.

Let's get all these questions settled once & for all!!---------
