My last bit of advice on this subject. Be wise of what you say here or anywhere till you go to court. Do not want to cook your ducks. You are want to keep somethings hush hush till the court date. You better go to a lawyer to learn what you will need to plan out. Like I said before this is not TV. There is no Judge Whopper.

Kyle, also as a business owner I have done some deals that were word of mouth. I have been scared to death by some deals, and have had to take it in the A$$ on some "he said she said" issues. This was years ago, and I have learned to do things IN WRITING! I can only say that no where in any of your statements, have you had any thing in writing. This is bad business on both parties and I do hold Conley just as guilty as you. There should have been some kind of detailed confermation of what you ordered and reciept of your check. Reguardless of what any of the above statements are, this was easily avoidable by better means of business management. I do hope the best for both of you.

Conley, You did say you had 14 years of experience and have seen just about everything. I hope you see this isn't a one sided story, both sides need to bend a little here and call it a learning experience, going to court will just make the attorneys rich.

Inno 51 - I think he does have "proof" of what he ordered... as he scanned and posted the link to pics of his receipts.. in his above posts.

I hope out works out best for both parties involved.

I stand corrected. It seems Kyle has some good reciepts and I am impressed with his approach with this. I would think that Conley should have sent him a confermation on the total price of the system prior to ordering the system. We have a P.O. by Kyle, proof of payment.

But hey, I'm just a moron bystander
