sorry do not want to sound like I am gloating but I paid $3.59 a gallon tonight...but we also do alot of refining up here too

In the Ft. Rucker area of AL, we're paying about $3.89 on base. Off base...it varies from $3.99 to $4.99. The Texaco stations said screw it and they all shut off their pumps for some reason.
