| Registered User | I just want to publicly thank Kevin Williams. I called him up for a special ashtray switch panel and he made it up and sent it out THE VERY SAME DAY! After checking out his website, I already have another list of things I want to get ![]() ------------------ |

| Speaking of Wendy's, (square meat - round bun) they've really have gone to hell. When they first opened many years ago, they were the best burger in town. Lately, (since Dave died?)their food is marginal at best. On the other hand Burger King Whoppers, after turning out a sub-standard product for many years, has gotten better. Have you had a Whopper lately? McDonald's Quarter Pounder and fries have maintained excellent quality over the years. Boring food, but good when you're hungry. Miss the White Castles we used to have after the bars closed back in Minnesota. They kept me regular. The best, presently, is the In-And-Out Burgers Double-Double. A real meal but we've only got a couple of them (fast food restaurants) here in Phoenix.

| Ahh In-N-Out, sounds like you picked lunch today. They've been here in CA since before I was born. They have the best fries too, they actually taste like potatoes. I'll take a double double, fries, and a strawberry shake...yes, I'll be eating in my car. ![]() [This message has been edited by shaunchrisc (edited May 10, 2002).]

| Remember their song..."In and Out...In and Out...that's what a hamburger is all about." Got to be one of the best names ever. If they ever open for breakfast, you just gotta know that they'll be selling muffins. My son had all of his molars taken out a couple of weeks ago and all he had for about two days were their strawberry and chocolate shakes. POOR GUY! I actually stole a strawberry one when everyone went to sleep one night...heh...not to be trusted when shakes are involved... |

| First, thanks for the compliments! Second, where in THEE hell did Wendy dig up this year-old post!? I don't eat at Wendy's, I always figgered a square burger shoulda been put on toast! In & Out--don't have no ho-houses round here neither! Don't think I'd ever name a burger joint "In & Out"...Burrito joint maybe, since they send you in & out of the throne room a lot... ![]()
