| so went for my follow up visit today....have lost 21lbs.... everything looks good.....wife said snoring has stopped...i actually have dreams when I sleep...have found new energy.....Doc said everything looks great...should be fully healed in 3-4 weeks...with no yawning pain...and the equilibrium will return too....my mother thicks my voice has changed not so nasally anymore and I feel I am talking thru my throat and not my nose...looking back over the past 10 days the pain was bearable and not as bad as I thought or was told it would be. still have some oxy left....will save those for later

| my gran fodder had hims ton sills taken out when he wer 85. keept dem in a jar on top o da frig id air. one nite my uncel willie comed home drunk an thawt dey wus prunes. sat down watchen tv n eight dem m.f.ers rite up n dranc da sawce to. poo willie aint been rite sinse. hopes yall ain spitten up no nassey bloody flemms like my gran fodder did. he use to honk em at me an my bruvva juss fo fun. feels bedda gs beans.

| Well I go in tomorrow morning to have my surgery! Kitchen is packed with jello, pudding, ice cream, and 5 cases of water! Hopefully I'm ready for this. I'll just be happy not to have a sore throat once the healing is done. I've had a sore throat since Feb!

| looking back it was not as bad as everyone said it would be...have been Ambien free for 2 months.....had to relarn how to go to sleep without taking a pill....good luck and if you have any questions you have my #
