 | well I got a letter from Homeland Security today that my case is now under review and i should expect a letter with a date for an interview and fingerprinting and photograph within the next 365 days...now i just did this for INS back in September and the FBI has my pictures and fingerprints on file...not that they talk to each other....so at least I am under review and have not been rejected yet

| so I had my fingerprints done yesterday...for my background check...the next step is my interview...and at that point I will know if I am qualified to be a U.S. Citizen and can be sworn in at the interview or attens an Oath ceremony......
